Going Going Gone! Jamberry Nail Wrap Retiring List August 2014

I love style and have fallen in love with some of the prints that Jamberry Nails has decided to put into the vault. The styles that are retiring aren't necessarily "non-sellers" but quite the contrary, many are popular and "in demand". How do you get your hands on these soon to be gone prints? I can help you with that. The complete list can be seen at  http://www.jberryatlanta.jamberrynails.net/category/going-going-gone These wraps will no longer be available after August 31, 2014. Time is of the essence.

The biggest question I have had is "are they going on sale?" Good question. You will probably see a consumer or two post some retired prints on ebay for a crazy amount of money. Recently I saw a listing for a pop star print listed for $280. The retiring prints are qualifying for a current promotion of Buy 3 get 1 free, which is quite the deal. So is there a sale, yes, Buy 3 and get 1 free.
Jamberry Nails Special Offer

The retiring nail lacquers are not included in the Buy three get 1 free promotion. But if you are dying to see the nail lacquers that are no longer going to be available here you go:

To order your nail lacquer they won't be on the going going gone list on the site but go to the nail lacquer link: http://www.jberryatlanta.jamberrynails.net/category/nail-lacquer and reference the above pictures and you will save yourself a headache. If you are thinking you would love to get some of these retiring wraps for Free you can always contact me to host a home party if you are local, or a Facebook party  if you aren't. http://www.jberryatlanta.jamberrynails.net/host/Schedule.aspx Have fun finding you favorite Jamicure.

How to earn your Jamberry Nails Kit Credit of $50

Since my last post I have been really excited about my expanding team. It's great to know that you could earn your kit credit of $50 to discount your kit but I have since learned that you can also apply up to $50 hostess credit, from hosting a party, which would essentially provide you with an almost free kit! How amazing is that. I mean Jamberry Nails couldn't have made it easier. So how do you do it?

How do you earn your free kit? You start by hosting a Jamberry Nails Party, either at home or a Facebook Online Party. I can help you in this arena with a Facebook party if you aren't local. Go to http://www.jberryatlanta.jamberrynails.net/host/Schedule.aspx to schedule with me. With a $350 party you will have $50 in hostess credit toward your kit! Awesome that it really is that easy. I open a Facebook event and you invite your friends and I show you how to run a successful Facebook party. This not only serves to train you on how and what to post as a guide or script for your business, you of course tweak it based on your personality and group of clients, and then we close out the party and viola you have you your hostess reward toward your kit.

Part two is earning the $50 kit credit. Once earned the kit credit will be added to your propay account (a free account that Jamberry pays your commissions through and you can transfer to your bank account or use the propay debit card to use). To earn the kit credit you must achieve your first fast start. I know this was all new to me the when I signed up. What is a fast start? It is a period of time to jump start your business and teach you good business habits that will set the foundation for your business. Whether you decide to be a hobbyist or a Consultant the Jamberry August Kit Credit and the Fast Start is available to you. Jamberry Nails Released last night at midnight one of the most exciting pieces of news since I've been on board. For the first time ever, Jamberry Nails is offering a $50 kit credit when you reach your first month Fast Start. Jamberry Nails starter kits are $99 plus shipping and tax but boy oh boy what a deal! This deal is for August Only!

100 Order Forms
Rubber Cuticle Pusher
50 Orange Sticks
5 Nail Files

Consultant Guide
3 Buffers
3 Sets of Scissors
50 Sample Cards
1 Sheet of Jamberry Nails
Credit to Order 3 Sheets of Nails of Your Choosing
3 Months of Use on Your Personal Website

Coming out of Corporate America and staying home with my little ones Jamberry provides me a way to continue with my day to day activities and still have extra income and adult interaction. Cute nails are quite the conversation starter at the park, pool and grocery store. Jamberry offers two ways to work the business, one as a hobbyist (you get a great discount and if you are looking at placing your orders sparingly throughout the year and still earn commission on group orders you place) or a Consultant (you get a great discount, host online and in home parties, have access to run fundraisers and earn commission on the customer and party/fundraiser orders as well as the opportunity to build a team and be a leader). This offer is great for either.

How easy is it to reach your fast start? I'm sure you are wondering and I want to address something I found when I started. The nails wraps sell themselves if you wear them. So how easy is it, it is as easy as wearing your nails and having a business card. Your 1st fast start period begins on sign up and goes the the end of the signup month and the next month. So this means that if you get started the beginning of August your first fast start period is actually close to 8 weeks versus signing up at the end of August which would give you 4. Time is of the essence with this offer so don't delay the possibilities!

If you need one more reason to get on board with this amazing company that is growing quickly. Let the numbers speak for themselves.

Mascara Tips and Tricks: Maybelline Falsies Volume Express Mascara

Summer is not only a time for cute toes but we all have to agree sun-kissed minimal make-up is not only way more comfortable but the summer style this year. Since this is not only a nail but beauty and health blog I thought I would share some of my favorite tips and tricks. I get a lot of questions about my eyelashes especially during the summer when I go with a light bronzer and mascara and call it good. So to try to explain I feel it best to show what I'm talking about. I don't have particularly long eyelashes and find that they are rather straight. I don't like the fuss that goes with applying fake lashes with glue since I had to do that for dance and theater in high school and it was terrible.

Since staying home I also had to switch from my absolute favorite department store mascara Lancome's hypnose to a more budget friendly choice. After a few purchases I found my new favorite! Maybelline The Falsies Volume Express. It has all the things I love and I get the look I want for half the price and can be found at the drugstore on the corner.

Most mascara ads are all about the mascara and getting you the look you want. Well, having taken art in high school I know that what you are painting makes a difference. If I add mascara, no matter how wonderful, to my straight lashes, my lashes will still be straight but with mascara on them. So I am going to talk about something called "lift". I like lashes that appear to be longer than they are by using my whole lash. I have used many eyelash curlers to try to give a little curl to my straight eyelashes. Not all curlers are created equal. Below is an example of my eyelashes using the Shisheido eyelash curler and the Cover Girl eyelash curler and an image of both of the curlers.

The orbit area of the Shisheido curler is wider and it's arc isn't as dramatic.

Here is an example of using both eyelash curlers.

Shisheido eyelash curler Eye   Cover Girl Eyelash Curler Eye

You can see the difference before I even apply the mascara.

When I apply my mascara I apply to the very tip first and then work from the root out. I work on one eye at a time and do two coats of mascara. In the picture above I have only used the mascara wand that comes with the mascara, no extra combing or brushing to separate my lashes. Needless to say, I am converted and happy to have found a less expensive substitute that I can afford as well as get the desired results I want. I am a huge fan and hope that this helps you save some money as introduce you to such a fantastic product.
